This position is located at a facility that requires special access.The information below reflects the standard job description for this position:Performs technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, cost and risk, and supportability and effectiveness analyses for total systems, and information technology related responsibilities including design, development, and analysis of computer systems or programs based on and related to user or system design specifications; applying systems analysis techniques and procedures, including consulting with users to determine hardware, software, or system functional specifications. Analyses are performed at all levels of total system product to include: concept, design, fabrication, test, installation, operation, maintenance and disposal. Ensures the logical and systematic conversion of customer or product requirements into total systems solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule, and cost constraints. Performs functional analysis, timeline analysis, detail trade studies, requirements allocation and interface definition studies to translate customer requirements into hardware and software specifications. For positions that do not perform IT responsibilities, use E146, Systems Engineer.Basic Qualifications• Currently hold an active DOD 8570 certificate (Security+, etc.)• Currently hold an active Top Secret security clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain an SCI security clearance• 3+ years of experience with IT administration• Experience with managing RHEL 9, Windows 11 and Server 2022, and network equipment• Knowledge of OSI/ TCP-IP Model• Experience with IT system security hardening• Experience with Microsoft Active Directory and Group Policy. Desired Skills• COMSEC Experience, Familiarity with TACLANEs• Both Layer 2/3 Networking hardware, experience with Cisco/Palo Alto hardware, CCNA preferred• Automate IT tasks using tools such as Ansible, particularly with networking equipment. • Proficiency in System architecture and design (using Microsoft Visio or similar)• Cisco ISE knowledge.Pay InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $95900.00 - $178100.00At Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people.
