Educate patients and families to encourage ongoing progress beyond therapy sessions.

Participate in occasional inpatient evaluations and therapies to ensure a consistent and seamless care experience.

Document patient progress accurately and promptly, adhering to all regulatory and insurance requirements.

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.

Completion of a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) if not yet possessing ASHA certification.

Active state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.

Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA is preferred.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required within 30 days of employment.

Expertise in evidence-based practices for all age groups, with a solid grasp of both developmental and acquired speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
