Surgical Technologist - Full Time

Assist surgeons during neuro/spine, orthopedic, pain management, and other surgeries, ensuring patient safety and aseptic techniques. Support the sterile field by passing instruments and supplies, anticipating needs, and maintaining equipment. Ensure proper care and maintenance of surgical instruments and equipment. Assist with patient draping, instrument counting, and OR turnover procedures. Work efficiently under pressure, demonstrating patience, tact, and stamina to deliver high-quality patient care. Qualifications & Skills High school diploma or GED; Associate's degree or equivalent experience preferred. Strong knowledge of aseptic techniques, surgical procedures, and instrumentation. Certification as a Surgical Technologist is highly preferred. Experience in orthopedic and spine surgeries is a plus. Ability to communicate effectively in English, work collaboratively, and adapt to fast-paced environments. Willingness to participate in professional development and achieve CPR certification. Detail-oriented, conscientious, and committed to precision and patient care excellence.
