• Schedule: Flexible Schedule | No Travel Required
• Starting Pay: From $30.00 per hour (based on skills and experience)
• $2,500 Sign On Bonus**

What You’ll Do: * Provide individualized Therapy services including screening, evaluation, treatment, program planning, and implementation. * Communicate patient progress, needs, and goals with residents, families, and the interdisciplinary care team. * Complete documentation accurately and timely to support billing and payroll requirements. * Support residents in regaining function, independence, and quality of life. What You’ll Need:

• Associates Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited Program.
• Previous Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) therapy experience
• Strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient‑centered approach
