As a Sales Leader you step into a high-impact, commission-only 1099 role where your drive, ambition and intelligence directly shape your success. You will play a key role in expanding our luxury residential, commercial and design-build client base across Texas, Hawai‘i and other growing U.S. markets. This is an opportunity for a motivated professional seeking autonomy, flexible scheduling and life-changing income.
In this role you will
- Build and maintain relationships with high-value clients.
- Generate qualified sales opportunities and follow leads.
- Consult with clients, providing insights and solutions tailored to their needs.
- Close multi-six-figure to multi-million-dollar projects.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Participate in daily training sessions to continually enhance skills and performance.
