About the Role:
As the RME Planner you will develop maintenance plans and schedules using recurring preventive maintenance activities predictive maintenance data and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators). Your work will include screening APM (Asset Performance Management) work orders auditing equipment to document work requirements and quality and estimating labor hours materials tools and equipment for all assigned work orders to support a proactive reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) program. You will collaborate directly with maintenance management service technicians and vendors to plan coordinate and schedule proactive maintenance activities during available downtime windows. You will also ensure that spare parts are ordered and maintained in stock for both planned and emergency repairs.

You will screen work orders and analyze scope requirements to schedule maintenance activities based on available resources work criticality and maintenance windows
You will perform equipment audits to document job requirements order spare parts for facility and material handling equipment and coordinate with vendors for repairs
You will plan reliability improvement projects and collect engineering drawings and technical specifications to maximize system efficiency and performance
You will drive proactive maintenance programs that achieve 85% planned work targets while ensuring all activities derive from APM and close accurately in Amazons maintenance virtuous cycle
You must be able to move up to 49lbs stand and walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours climb ladders and gangways safely and without limitation as well as perform regular bending lifting stretching and reaching both below the waist and above the head

- High school or equivalent diploma
- Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area including weekends nights and/or holidays
- 1 years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience
- 1 years of using a computer maintenance management system in planning scheduling and auditing overall facilities/maintenance activities experience
- Travel up to 15% of the time

- 2 years of maintenance planner/scheduler working within an industrial maintenance complex manufacturing/distribution industries or equivalent experience
- 4 years of working with enterprise asset management software suite experience
- Experience in material handling systems (MHS) installation operation and maintenance
- Bachelors degree or experience in Engineering Operations Business Administration or a related field

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience qualifications and location.
