Embark on a rewarding contract opportunity supporting middle school students as a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist. This position is designed for an SLP who values focused interaction with students and professional collaboration. The role is based near Charlotte, TN, with immediate availability and extends through May 24th, 2027. With a manageable caseload of approximately 45 students, you will concentrate on delivering high-quality therapeutic services, documentation, and data collection—while testing and evaluations are handled by the lead SLP, allowing you to dedicate your attention to direct student care.

Qualifications:

• Active Tennessee Speech-Language Pathologist license
• Experience working in a school setting, preferably with middle school students
• Strong organizational skills for effective caseload management
• Commitment to accurate reporting and documentation
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with staff and families

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language therapy to middle school students
• Develop and implement individualized goals in accordance with IEPs
• Collect and document progress data with attention to detail
• Maintain thorough and timely case records as required by the district
• Work cooperatively with educational staff and families to support student success
• Collaborate with the district’s lead SLP for consistency of services
