Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Lawn Care Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the appearance and health of lawns and landscapes working under the direct supervision of the Operations Manager.

Job Qualifications

- Prior experience in landscape maintenance is preferred.

- Proficiency in using various hand tools for lawn care tasks.

- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

- Knowledge of irrigation systems and techniques.

- Capability to perform physical tasks such as digging and lifting up to 50 lbs

- Excellent oral and written communication skills

- Good interpersonal skills

- Advanced problem-solving skills

- Proven time management

- Valid driver’s license

- Ability to carry up to 50 pounds, 8-10 hours per day

- Able and willing to work in various weather conditions for long periods of time

- Professional appearance

General Duties

- Perform landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, snow blowing, and using hand tools.

- Irrigate lawns and plants as needed.

- Dig and plant new vegetation to enhance landscapes.

- Assist in hardscape projects, including building pathways and retaining walls.

- Conduct groundskeeping duties to ensure the overall upkeep of outdoor spaces.

- Perform sod and other landscaping installations as required

- Interacting with customers and ensuring top-of-the-line service

- Completing lawn analyses and making service recommendations

Work Environment

• You may have to work during inclimate weather and in extreme temperatures.
• Must be able to work aloft with tools
• Ability to carry up to 50 pounds
