Manufacturing Maintenance Technician
Location: Port Huron Area
Schedule: 2nd Shift (Training on 1st Shift)
Work Week: Monday through Thursday| Enjoy a 4 day work week!
Status: Temp to Hire
Pay: $20.00 to $24.00+ per hour, based on experience.

We are seeking a dependable and motivated Entry Level Maintenance Technician to join our clients team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for a career in industrial maintenance. The selected candidate will train on 1st shift before transitioning to a permanent 2nd shift schedule.
Responsibilities
- Perform preventive maintenance on equipment and machinery.
- Assist with troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues.
- Complete work orders and maintenance documentation.
- Inspect equipment for safety and operational concerns.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Safely use hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment.
- Assist senior maintenance technicians with repairs and installations.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Technical school, vocational training, or at least One year+ manufacturing maintenance experience
- Mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Strong problem solving and communication skills.
- Reliable attendance and a positive attitude.
- Experience with hand tools and power tools is a plus.
