Registered Nurse Obstetrics

Role The Registered Nurse (RN) provides comprehensive patient care in Labor & Delivery, Mom/Baby Nursery, and NICU settings. Responsibilities Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using evidence-based practices and technology; develop individualized treatment plans; oversee care delivered by LPNs and CNAs; communicate compassionately; participate in clinical team conferences; ensure compliance with hospital, regulatory, and professional guidelines. Qualifications BSN from an accredited program or 15+ years of acute care experience; Montana RN license; BLS certification; PALS, NRP, and Fetal Monitoring certifications within specified periods; preferred national practice certification. Skills Strong assessment, communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and manual dexterity skills; ability to interpret documents, operate monitors, and handle physical tasks including lifting and transporting patients.
