Build trusted relationships with healthcare partners, referral sources, and community organizations. Champion exceptional patient care while ensuring operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and financial sustainability. You'll provide overall leadership and direction for our Muskogee hospice operations, including: Guiding and supporting a multidisciplinary team of hospice professionals. Overseeing daily operations, staffing, budgeting, and organizational performance. Ensuring exceptional patient care and compliance with hospice regulations and standards. Building strong relationships with community partners, healthcare providers, and families. Identifying opportunities for improvement and helping your team achieve meaningful results. Leadership or supervisory experience in hospice, home health, or another community-based healthcare environment. A strong understanding of healthcare operations, team development, and business management. Knowledge of hospice regulations, Medicare certification requirements, and quality standards. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills. The ability to balance compassion with accountability and operational performance.
