Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s or Specialist-level degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
• Valid state certification or eligibility for School Psychologist licensure
• Familiarity with Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS), Response to Intervention (RTI), and consultation models
• Proficiency in conducting psychoeducational assessments, interpreting data, and generating individualized recommendations
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trusting relationships with students, staff, and families
• Experience or interest in working with diverse student populations
• Adaptable, proactive mindset and commitment to evidence-based practices

Core Responsibilities:

• Conduct individual evaluations to assess students’ cognitive, behavioral, social, and emotional needs
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families in developing and monitoring Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and intervention plans
• Provide counseling services and other mental health supports directly to students
• Serve as a resource for staff training, crisis intervention, and the promotion of safe learning environments
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with federal, state, and district requirements
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to the overall well-being and progress of the school community
