Your Key Responsibilities

• Employ radiographic and CT techniques to produce high-quality images for physicians to interpret
• Collaborate closely with radiologists and the interdisciplinary care team to facilitate accurate and timely diagnoses
• Effectively position patients and adjust equipment settings for optimal imaging results
• Adhere to strict radiation safety protocols to protect patients and staff
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, including imaging logs and equipment upkeep
• Ensure compassionate care for patients throughout the imaging experience
• Contribute to a safe, organized, and productive imaging environment

Educational Background

• Associate's Degree in Radiologic Technology required; a Bachelor's Degree is preferred
• Graduated from an accredited radiology program

Essential Certifications

• ARRT certification (CT and/or Radiography)
• Current BLS certification or the ability to obtain it within 90 days of your hiring

Valuable Skills

• Strong knowledge of diagnostic imaging protocols and safety standards
• Exceptional communication skills with patients and other healthcare professionals
• Capacity to thrive in fast-paced environments, adapting quickly to change
• A detail-oriented approach and a strong sense of accountability
• Familiarity with PACS, RIS, and contemporary imaging software technology
