Inside BDC Parts Sales Associate - Wholesale Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Inside BDC Parts Sales Associate to support our Wholesale Parts Department . This role focuses on handling inbound and outbound calls, building relationships with wholesale customers, quoting parts, and helping drive sales growth through excellent customer service and follow-up. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Inside BDC Parts Sales Associate to support our Wholesale Parts Department . This role focuses on handling inbound and outbound calls, building relationships with wholesale customers, quoting parts, and helping drive sales growth through excellent customer service and follow-up. Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls/emails from wholesale customers
- Quote parts pricing and availability accurately and efficiently
- Enter and manage orders in the DMS
- Follow up on quotes to close sales
- Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesale accounts
- Work closely with the Parts Department to ensure timely fulfillment
- Resolve customer questions and concerns professionally
- Meet or exceed individual and department sales goals
- Previous automotive parts experience preferred (wholesale experience a plus)
- Strong phone skills and customer service mindset
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic computer skills; DMS experience is a plus
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude
