About the role Working within our purpose-built facility, our Quality Control Inspectors perform a vital role in our business to help us inspect electronic components What you'll do Undertaking visual inspections of electronic components Using state-of-the-art test equipment to perform detailed visual inspections Researching component information in order to compare components with data sheet specifications Counting and sorting electronic components Verifying all customer requirements are being met Performing light inventory duties Cross training for Value Added Services at SMT Corp. (Bake and Seal, Tape & Reel, Etc.) Cross training in different departments as needed at SMT Corp. (electrical department, authenticity department) Qualifications The role does require a high level of attention to detail, manual dexterity, ability to follow repetitive testing standards, and good eyesight. Components are stored within our warehouse and you will be required to undertake some light lifting (up to 40 lbs) and climb ladders (up to10 ft).
