Guidewire Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in Property & Casualty Insurance and hands-on experience managing Guidewire projects. This role is responsible for leading end-to-end project execution, ensuring timely delivery, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet business and regulatory objectives. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the full project lifecycle for Guidewire implementations and enhancements. Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders. Ensure project execution aligns with organizational objectives and regulatory standards. Oversee project budgets, risk management, and issue resolution to ensure successful outcomes. Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between business users, IT teams, and vendors. Provide regular status updates, dashboards, and presentations to senior leadership. Required Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in IT or insurance-related projects. Strong domain expertise in Property & Casualty Insurance. Hands-on experience with Guidewire modules such as PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and ClaimCenter. Proven ability to manage multiple projects in hybrid environments (Agile/Waterfall). Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
