Job Description Summary

Responsible for contracting. licensing, and appointing agents to the company so they can solicit business for the L&P Division.

Job Description

Responsibilities

• Review and audit the agent contract file for required forms and documents.

• Prepare the state specific licensing/appointment paperwork.

• Add the agents to the database.

• Maintain records, handle inquires and conducts research as needed for the agent files.

• Process licensing paperwork to the appropriate states in a timely and accurate manner.

Qualifications

• Up to 1 year work experience.

• Mainframe experience.

• Basic Word and Excel skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Associates degree preferred.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong knowledge of State Contract and Licensing Rules.

• Customer service skills.

• Strong problem solving and analytical skills.

• Ability to accurately process a high volume of work efficiently.

Working Conditions

• This is a hybrid position requiring three days (Tuesday-Thursday) in office per week in one of our hub locations (Cedar Rapids, Philadelphia, or Denver).

• Relocation assistance will not be provided for this position

Compensation

The hourly rate for this position generally ranges between $15.50 -$19.00 hourly . Please note that the salary range is a good faith estimate for this position and actual starting pay is determined by several factors including qualifications, experience, geography, work location designation (in-office, hybrid, remote) and operational needs. Salary may vary above and below the stated amounts, as permitted by applicable law.

Additionally, this position is typically eligible for an Annual Bonus of 6% based on the Company Bonus Plan/Individual Performance and is at the Company’s discretion.
