Each day, you'll oversee and perform essential gardening tasks like weeding, pruning, deadheading, watering, and planting, ensuring every landscape thrives. You'll also organize plant materials, contribute to garden designs, and create stunning seasonal pots. Beyond the garden, you'll manage scheduling, ensuring landscaping jobs are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. With your top-notch communication skills, you'll coordinate seamlessly with clients, team members, and management, making sure projects stay on track.
