Job Full Description Express Employment Professionals has partnered with a well-established structural steel and sign installation company seeking an experienced Structural Steel Welder / Installer to join their team. This is a great opportunity for askilled welder who enjoys hands-on field work, independent projects, and travel-based assignments. Pay : $20-$40/hour (Up to $100,000 annually) Location : Field-based with travel to Kansas, San Antonio, and Dallas Key Responsibilities Perform MIG and Stick welding on structural steel components Assist in the erection and installation of steel structures Complete prep work including measuring, cutting, grinding, and fitting materials Troubleshoot welding and structural installation issues in the field Read and interpret structural and architectural drawings/diagrams Install sign rails and supporting structural components Work independently on job sites with minimal supervision Operate company vehicle to travel between job locations Qualifications 3-5 years of experience with MIG, Stick welding, and structural steel erection Ability to interpret blueprints and installation diagrams Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Comfortable working outdoors and in field-based environments Must be able to travel regularly to Kansas, San Antonio, or Dallas Valid Driver's License required (company vehicle provided) Multiple ways to Apply!
