Youth Recovery Center Registered Nurse PositionThe Youth Recovery Center (YRC) is a unique, in-hospital residential treatment center, that helps adolescents ages 15-18, work through addiction recovery and address mental health needs. YRC is looking for Registered Nurses (RNs) with a special interest in the adolescent population to join our Youth Recovery team!This is a full-time, NIGHT shift position!!Shifts are 3 12-hour NIGHT shifts a week with rotating weekends!$2.25 /hour evening shift differential when working a minimum of 4 consecutive hours between 3:00pm-11:30pm.$4.00 /hour night shift differential when working a minimum of 4 consecutive hours between 11:00pm - 7:30am.$4.25 /hour weekend differential when working 5 or more continuous hours between 7pm on Friday and 7am on Monday.Come make a difference in our community and work at an Independent Hospital, located on the Western Slope of Colorado! Minutes from Vail and Aspen.Join our YRC team!Requirements:Education: Current Colorado RN license or ability to obtain required. BSN preferred.Skills: Assesses level of risk and makes appropriate clinical judgment for resolution of client emergencies resulting in a safe outcome. Must be able and willing to participate in recreation activities with clients. Must be willing to gain skills in substance abuse, mental health, and adolescent health.Experience: 1 year experience working as a Registered Nurse required. Minimum of 1 year RN work experience, preferable in the areas of Acute Care, Psychiatric, or Addiction preferred.Salary: $36.76 - $54.06/hour (ADN) $37.50 - $56.23/hour (BSN) Entry salary dependent upon education, skill set, and experience. Valley View recognizes a 4% pay difference for RN-ADN, RN-BSN, and RN-MSN.
