Hiring Agency: Health & Human Services - Agency 25 Location: Hastings, NE Hiring Rate: $13.109 Job Posting: JR2024-00007913 Office Technician (Open) Applications No Longer Accepted On (If no date is displayed, job is posted as open until closed): : Operates as the Switchboard Operator with a multi-line phone system and as the Receptionist who greets/assists visitors who arrive. Tracks the youth movement and daily count in the electronic record system, myAVATAR. Maintains logs of persons visiting campus including visitors, contractors and agency staff. Distributes USPS mail delivered and prepares outgoing mail. Schedules youth family visits and use of the Conference Room for family visits and meetings. Provides additional clerical support as needed to meet the needs of the Center. Requirements/ Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: Coursework/training or experience in public contact, customer service, and/or performing and applying office/clerical support procedures, including the use of a personal computer, associated software, and office equipment. Preferred Qualifications: High School Diploma. Demonstrated experience in Microsoft Office and operating general office equipment, including computers, fax machines, scanners, postal machine, laminator and copy machines. Experience in public contact, customer service. Experience with working multiple tasks at one time including frequent interruptions.
