Manager Of Finance

Expected pay for this position is $46.05 - $61.02/hour. Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills and internal equity. This is a salaried position.

Position Summary:

The Manager of Finance provides day-to-day leadership for the Finance team. Influences and supports driving business performance within OSF operating units. Partners with various levels of leadership in driving successful financial performance. Leverages financial planning & analysis, health analytics, and other resources in support of achieving entity and regional performance targets.

Qualifications:

Required Qualifications:

Education: Bachelors Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or other related field

Experience: 5 years of work experience in healthcare business administration, hospital operations, or finance and accounting

Other skills/knowledge: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Education: Master's level coursework

Experience:

Experience with finance in an integrated healthcare environment including medical group operations
Knowledge of: performance improvement methodologies, provider compensation incentive metrics including value based, benchmarking or financial planning.

Licensure/Certifications: CPA, CMA, CHFP, or PMP certification

Other Skills/Knowledge: Experience with database and decision support systems

Other requirements/information:
Understanding of industry, trends, issues, and risk Demonstrated knowledge of and experience in finance in an integrated business environment
Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to present information in front Executives, Directors, and Managers Advanced computer skills with strong knowledge of spreadsheet programs
Demonstrated strong analytical skills to gather, manipulate and interpret large amounts of data and transform into useable information to address operational needs
