Job Description:

At Regions, the Technology, Operations, Digital, and Data Development Program is an introductory program focused on developing an associate talent pool through hands-on work experience and exposure to different areas across Technology, Operations, Digital, and Data. The Technology, Operations, Digital, and Data Development Program Associate allows newly hired, high performing college graduates to gain experience within the Technology, Operations, Digital, and Data organization developing their technical or analytical skills. Associates will develop a foundational knowledge of the functional areas across Technology, Operations, Digital, and Data while also developing a core set of technical skills that will be critical for long-term success with the company. Associates will participate in a variety of activities designed to foster teamwork, encourage networking, and demonstrate Regions’ values. Associates will gain experience of the banking industry through participation in one of the following potential areas:

• Technology – Software Engineering
• Cloud Engineering & Infrastructure
• Cybersecurity
• Data & Analytics
• Financial Crimes Unit

This position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is not eligible for overtime pay.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a technical field

Preferences

• Minimum of 3.0 GPA

Compensation Details

Pay ranges are job specific and are provided as a point-of-market reference for compensation decisions. Other factors which directly impact pay for individual associates include: experience, skills, knowledge, contribution, job location and, most importantly, performance in the job role. As these factors vary by individuals, pay will also vary among individual associates within the same job.

The target information listed below is based on the Metropolitan Statistical Area Market Range for where the position is located and level of the position.
