No previous manufacturing or laser experience is required. We will provide on-the-job training to teach you everything you need to know. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to learn a new skill, gain hands-on experience, and build a long-term career in manufacturing. Key Responsibilities Operate TRUMPF laser cutting equipment safely and efficiently. Load and unload sheet-metal material. Set up machines according to production requirements. Monitor machine operation and make basic adjustments as needed. Inspect finished parts using measuring tools and visual inspection. Read and follow basic blueprints, drawings, and work instructions. Maintain accurate production and quality records. Keep the work area clean and organized. Follow all company safety and quality procedures. Work closely with other operators, programmers, and manufacturing personnel. Requirements No prior laser experience required Manufacturing or production experience is a plus Strong attention to detail Reliable attendance and a positive attitude Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as needed Willingness to learn and work as part of a team Schedule: 1st Shift: Monday-Thursday, 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM (3-day weekends!)
