Summary: Employee will assist with the end-to-end process of order fulfillment and support the Book Manager.

Minimum Qualifications

●      1-2 years of sales and procurement experience

●      Must live in a Federally designated Hub Zone

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

●      Strong attention to detail.

●      Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

●      Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

●      Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint.

Essential Functions

●        Prepare and submit Requests for Quotation (RFQs) and bids.

●        Ensure timely responses and collaborate with the sales team for comprehensive proposals.

●        Efficiently fulfill orders by processing and documenting customer transactions.

●        Coordinate with various departments to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.

●        Identify and procure products from non-catalog suppliers as needed.

●        Negotiate terms and conditions to secure favorable agreements.

●        Collaborate with the sales and customer support teams to address inquiries and ensure accuracy.

●        Reconcile accounts receivable aging reports to ensure accuracy.

●        Maintain organized and up-to-date records by populating SharePoint with transaction details.

●        Facilitate easy access to information for relevant teams.

●        Collaborate with the book manager and accounting support to ensure seamless financial transactions.

Physical Demands

Remaining in a stationary position, often sitting for prolonged periods, communicating with others to exchange information, repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands, and/or fingers, assessing the accuracy, neatness and thoroughness of the work assigned, sedentary work that primarily involves sitting.

Work Environment

No adverse environmental conditions expected. Work is performed in an office setting.
