What You’ll Do: Key Responsibilities As the Assistant General Manager (AGM), you’ll play a vital role in the success of our park. Here’s what your day‑to‑day will look like: Leadership & Team Development Assist the General Manager in overseeing all aspects of park operations. Recruit, train, and develop team members and shift leaders to deliver exceptional guest experiences. Lead by example, setting the standard for professionalism and guest service. Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive coaching to team members. Serve as Manager on Duty (MOD) as assigned, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to company policies. Guest Experience Ensure every guest has a fun, safe, and memorable visit. Monitor Guest Experience (GX) scores and implement strategies to improve them. Address guest concerns and feedback with professionalism and a solutions‑oriented mindset. Operations & Safety Maintain compliance with safety standards and operational procedures. Conduct facility walkthroughs and inspections to ensure cleanliness and safety. Assist with incident investigations and documentation. Financial Performance Support labor management, scheduling, and inventory control. Assist in achieving monthly and quarterly business goals. Implement revenue growth initiatives and promotional programs. Parties & Events Oversee birthday party and group event operations, ensuring exceptional experiences. Maximize party sales and guest satisfaction through effective team coordination. What We’re Looking For: Qualifications Required Skills & Experience: Minimum of 2 years of management experience in family entertainment centers, amusement parks, trampoline parks, water parks, arcades, or similar attraction‑based venues. Strong leadership and team‑building abilities. Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills. Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast‑paced environment. Proficiency in scheduling, labor management, and guest service operations. Physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds. Preferred Skills & Experience: Prior experience as a General Manager or Assistant General Manager. Experience managing guest experience metrics and overseeing food service operations. Familiarity with cash handling and revenue management. Schedule Requirements: Full‑time position with flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and school breaks.
