Summary Cosmetics Beauty Advisor providing personalized skincare and makeup consultations and representing a prestige brand within a department store environment. Drives sales through product knowledge, clienteling, and exceptional customer service. Collaborates with store and brand teams to maintain merchandising standards and meet sales goals. Responsibilities Deliver personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations to customers. Achieve individual and brand sales targets through clienteling and upselling. Maintain product knowledge and stay current on brand launches and promotions. Ensure visual merchandising, stock presentation, and counter cleanliness. Requirements 3+ years of retail or beauty experience, preferably with prestige cosmetics. Strong interpersonal and selling skills with a customer-focused approach. Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays; ability to stand for extended periods.
