Gap in Schedule $4,800 $5,000/day Schedule: Orientation: August 12 (8AM 3PM) Coverage: August 13 (8AM) August 18 (8AM) Day Shift: 8:00 AM 4:00 PM Evening Call: 4:00 PM 8:00 AM Weekend: 24-hour call Average procedures per day shift: Compensation: Daily Rate: $4,800 $5,000 Malpractice included in all rates Average callback hours Weekday: 2.5 hrs Weekend: 1.3 hrs Travel & Lodging: Included Required Procedures (candidate must have experience with all): Diagnostic & therapeutic vascular intervention (angiography, angioplasty, stenting, thrombolysis, embolization) Vascular access devices, PICCs, central lines, port-a-cath insertions IVC filters, TIPS Percutaneous needle biopsies (above & below diaphragm, bone) Aspiration/drainage procedures, abscess drainage, thoracentesis, paracentesis Biliary & renal extractions Myelography, blood patch, joint/epidural injections Vertebroplasty, arthrograms, chest tube insertion Uterine artery embolization, Liver Y90/TACE Gastrostomy tube insertion Nephrostomy/ureteral stent insertion Renal fistulograms, cryoablation Preferred (not required):

Neuro stroke thrombectomy Credentialing: Timeframe: days ND license required prior to start Requirements All of the Following Must Be Met: Board certified Active ND license (highly preferred) or IMLC (required if no ND license) IR residency or fellowship ACLS & BLS Clean malpractice history (highly preferred) Available at time of name clear Procedure list must be completed with Yes/No responses confirming experience with all required procedures
