Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid Nevada Speech-Language Pathologist license (required)
• Previous experience in a school-based setting (preferred)
• Ability to serve students in elementary, middle, and high school grade levels
• Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to collaborative, student-focused practice

Primary Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and assess students’ speech and language needs according to IEP guidelines
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address a range of communication disorders
• Deliver direct therapy services to students, adapting activities for different age groups and needs
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to support student progress
• Maintain accurate documentation and participate in IEP meetings as required
• Provide guidance and resources to school staff for supporting students’ communication skills
