Travel Physical Therapist – Phoenix, AZ We are looking for a physical therapist to travel to Phoenix, Arizona for a 13‑week assignment beginning July 20, 2026. The position requires 40 hours per week on 5‑day 8‑hour shifts. Responsibilities As a Physical Therapist, you will work closely with patients to assess conditions, develop personalized care plans, document patient history and progress, and communicate issues to supervisors and team members.
