Requisition Comments and Notes

Orientation Dates: 6/15, 6/22, 6/29

Perioperative Services - CVOR: - 10-hour days - Workdays will vary based on unit needs - Four 10-hour shifts (06:30-17:00) - Days off on a rotational basis

Weekend Call: - Rotates per 6-week staff schedule - Starts Saturday 06:30 to Monday 06:30 (48-hour period) - May require late work to complete cases

Hospital Details: - 300 beds - 16 OR beds

Experience Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years CVOR experience - 2 years pediatric experience required - Circulating experience required - Prior travel experience necessary - Level I trauma hospital experience in a similar setting

Floating: - Expected to work in every service except cardiac and GI - May float to any competent unit if not needed on the assigned unit

Certifications: - BLS - PALS

Patient Population: - Age Range: 0-18 (occasionally adults) - Surgical patients across all services: eyes (cataracts, vitrectomies, retina), general, ortho, neuro, ENT, urology, plastics, burns

Additional Information: - Scrubs provided by hospital linen services - Must have complete COVID vaccine series or valid exemption by start date - Interview process includes IVS to Interview/Manager offer
