Requisition SummaryThe Aftersales Technology Director is responsible for defining and executing the Global Aftersales Technology Roadmap. The Global Aftersales Technology Roadmap is designed to balance the needs and requirements of Global Divisions, dealers and customers, into large systems projects. To achieve this, the Director will keep up with emerging technologies and understand the needs of PACCAR dealers and customers. This key role includes leading a team of approximately 14 and growing individuals, executing aftersales technology programs, and contributing to the development of Aftersales technology strategies.Job Functions & ResponsibilitiesThe Aftersales Technology Director will oversee decisions on scope, approach, resources, and funding for approved projects. Collaborating with ITD and cross divisional executive stakeholders, the Director is responsible for ensuring successful project delivery, aftersales product management and effective communication at all levels. They have the authority to make critical project decisions even when divisions disagree. We carefully consider numerous compensation factors including your education, training, or experience. The salary range for this position is $126,500 – $192,500 annually.
