ATS Welding is rapidly expanding into a full-service industrial construction and welding company with a commitment to safety and quality. We specialize in delivering high-quality projects across the industrial and energy sectors.
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Civil Foreman to join our growing team! If you’re hardworking, safety-conscious, and ready to play a key role in our growth, we want to hear from you.
Primary Responsibilities:- Leading and directing crew on assigned projects.
- Ensuring adherence to project schedules and budgets and filling out paperwork.
- Enforcing safety regulations and ensuring all employees follow OSHA and company safety protocols.
- Communicating with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders onsite to ensure project goals are met as it relates to your scope of influence.
- Following safety protocols and practices, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE), to maintain a safe work environment.
- Keeping accurate records of work performed, including materials used, hours worked, and any inspections conducted.
- Working closely with other trades and team members to ensure coordinated efforts on the job site.
- Must pass a preemployment drug test.
