Mobile NP/PA: On-Site Vascular Care for LTC
Primary Vein Care
Primary Vascular Care is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to perform on-site clinical assessments and determine treatment plans for residents in client facilities. This mobile practice role reports to the Lead NP and emphasizes high-quality care in long-term care settings. The position requires a NP/PA credential, current license, BLS, and infection control certification, with ACLS preferred.
