Hybrid Role: 3 days in office, 2 days WFH The Opportunity We are seeking a Total Rewards Analyst to help shape and support a competitive, colleague‑focused Total Rewards strategy that drives engagement, retention, and organizational success. In this role, you will support the design, administration, analysis, and continuous improvement of compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they remain competitive, compliant, cost‑effective, and aligned with the organization’s overall people strategy. The Total Rewards Analyst partners across the business to help create a positive colleague experience, support engagement initiatives, and ensure compensation and benefits programs align with the company’s values, behaviors, and people‑first culture. What You’ll Do Compensation Supporting the administration and analysis of compensation programs while ensuring alignment with company pay philosophy and industry standards Conducting market benchmarking and compensation analysis to maintain internal equity and external competitiveness Reviewing and analyzing compensation structures and providing recommendations for enhancements or adjustments based on market trends and evolving business needs Ensuring compensation programs comply with federal, state, and local regulations, including required reporting and documentation Partnering with P&C teams and business leaders to prepare compensation reports, metrics, and presentations to support leadership decisions and budgeting efforts Maintaining job descriptions and compensation‑related documentation Benefits You will also support the administration and optimization of colleague benefits programs, including: Health benefits Dental and vision plans Retirement programs (including 401(k)) Life insurance Wellness programs Additional responsibilities include: Assisting with annual reviews of benefits programs Supporting compliance with regulatory requirements related to benefits programs Assisting in communicating benefits program changes to colleagues and providing guidance regarding compensation and benefits data Compiling and analyzing compensation and benefits data to provide reports and recommendations that support senior leadership decision‑making Maintaining analytics systems and tracking key metrics Assisting with audits and ensuring accurate, timely compensation and benefits reporting Serving as a key point of contact for colleague compensation and benefits inquiries while delivering exceptional customer service What You Bring Minimum Required Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field 3–5 years of experience in compensation, benefits programs, analytics, or Total Rewards within a medium‑to‑large business environment Strong understanding of: Proven experience using market data tools such as PayScale (or similar platforms) and participating in compensation surveys Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to interpret complex data and develop strategic recommendations related to compensation and benefits Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to clearly present compensation and benefits information to both executives and colleagues Skills & Abilities for Success in This Role Advanced Analytics & Technology Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools Ability to transform data into actionable insights that support strategic decision‑making Experience leveraging HRIS platforms such as Workday to drive operational efficiency and data‑informed people decisions Strategic Thinking & Problem Solving Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and critical thinking skills Ability to connect people insights to broader business strategy Organization & Execution Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail Integrity & Confidentiality High level of integrity and discretion with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential information Compliance & Employment Knowledge Solid understanding of employment laws and regulations Ability to apply employment law knowledge in a practical, business‑focused manner Physical Demands/Working Conditions The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
