Covenant House New York is seeking a dedicated Case Manager to provide direct services in our short-term youth shelter. You will deliver counseling, develop individualized service plans, and support youths in achieving housing stability and personal goals. Join a multidisciplinary team dedicated to trauma-informed care, youth empowerment, and advocacy.
