As a Wax Specialist, you will work alongside talented professionals who share your passion for delivering premium waxing services. You will be responsible for performing full-body waxing services while ensuring every guest feels comfortable, valued, and cared for. You will also participate in marketing and guest retention initiatives to help grow your books and build lasting guest relationships.

Requirements

• Current Esthetician License
• Ability and willingness to learn and perform Manzilian services (optional)
• Natural ability to make guests feel comfortable, important, and welcome
• Positive, friendly, upbeat, and professional demeanor
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible availability, including some evenings and weekends
• Strong willingness to learn and receive coaching
• Ability to accept and apply constructive feedback
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
• Comfortable promoting yourself and building a loyal clientele
• Ability to stay productive and contribute during slower periods
