Job Summary:

We are seeking compassionate, high-energy Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our clinical team. Because we are open 24/7/365, we have the unique ability to offer highly flexible scheduling and are actively hiring for both Full-Time and Part-Time positions across various shifts. In this role, you will be on the front lines of patient care—triaging walk-ins, assisting with urgent clinical procedures, and ensuring safe, efficient patient throughput in a dynamic clinic setting.

Responsibilities:

• Triage & Assessment: Rapidly assess and triage patients of all ages presenting with acute illnesses, minor trauma, and urgent medical needs.
• Clinical Procedures: Assist providers with urgent care procedures including suturing, splinting, incision and drainage (I&D), and advanced wound care.
• Nursing Interventions: Administer medications, injections, and initiate/monitor IV fluid therapy as directed by the clinical provider.
• Diagnostics: Perform point-of-care lab testing (strep, flu, urine), collect specimens, and obtain EKGs and vital signs.
• Patient Discharge: Provide clear, empathetic discharge instructions, review prescriptions, and educate patients and families on follow-up care.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate, timely, and thorough electronic health records (EHR).

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Education: Graduate of an accredited Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) program.
• Licensure: Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Nevada.
• Certifications: Active BLS required; ACLS and PALS are highly preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in an Urgent Care, Emergency Room, or fast-paced clinic environment is highly preferred, but adaptable acute-care nurses are welcome to apply!
• Skills: Strong multi-tasking abilities, excellent clinical judgment, and a calm, reassuring bedside manner during high-volume periods.
