What You Will Learn Assist in analyzing operational performance data for service programs. Build reports and dashboards that track key metrics for installation and warranty services. Support optimization projects to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on process improvements and service delivery initiatives. Gain exposure to vendor and partner management in services operations. Learn how operational analytics influence decision-making at scale. Minimum Qualifications Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Analytics, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or related field. Expected graduation dates of December 2027 or May 2028. Preferred Skills/Experience 3.0 cumulative GPA. Proficient in MS Office programs (specifically in Power Point, Excel and data analysis tools); familiarity with data visualization tools is a plus. Strong interpersonal, collaborative, innovative problem solving, analytical thinking, organizational and communication skills. Interest in operations, process improvement, or customer service. Previous relevant internship or experience in data analysis. Experience in a leadership position at work or within a campus organization.
