Operational Psychologist

Overview JST is seeking an Operational Psychologist to join our team. This is a part‑time position on‑site in Millington, TN. Operational Psychologist Responsibilities Provide a qualified Operational Psychologist with a doctoral degree to serve as a subject matter expert in leadership assessment and development. Will be responsible for conducting leadership assessments and delivering feedback to senior Navy leaders, including Flag Officers, Senior Executive Service (SES) members, and senior officers (O‑5/O‑6). The work involves supporting various NLAP events across the Navy Type Communities (TYCOMS), requiring travel to deliver on‑site assessments, as well as contributing to the continuous improvement of the Navy's leadership development methodologies and scale operations. Operational Psychologist Qualifications MUST hold an active Secret clearance. Possess ten (10) years of experience working with personnel assessment and selection or work‑suitability interviews. At least five (5) of the ten (10) years must include experience working with active‑duty military populations. This experience must include the review and interpretation of cognitive and non‑cognitive psychometric testing instruments as part of an assessment and selection process. Doctorate in clinical psychology, counseling psychology, or industrial organizational psychology. Shall be either industrial organizational psychologist, licensed clinical or counseling psychologists with operational assessment & selection experience and the following minimum education and work experience credentials. Must be subject matter experts with practical experience with multiple group‑administered cognitive and non‑cognitive psychological testing instruments.
