As a District Manager Trainee at Affordable Home Furnishings, you'll step into a fast-paced environment where your days will be filled with excitement and growth. You can expect to work a five day week most weeks Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 7:30 PM and Saturdays from 8:30 AM to 4 PM with one of those days off and closed on Sunday. Your daily responsibilities will include managing one location and working with an experienced district manager. You'll engage in furniture sales, facilitate collections, and enhance customer service. Additionally, you'll collaborate with store managers and assistant managers to ensure that customer accounts are managed efficiently. Flexibility and adaptability will be key as you participate in various operational tasks, from coaching staff to driving sales and collections performance through consistent practices that ensure success.
