ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Associate for Dulce Garcia - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our office by building meaningful customer relationships and serving as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve customers' lives by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Spanish-speaker a must
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
• Have and maintain a Life/Health Producers' license
• Have or be able to obtain a P&C Producer's license
