Who We're Looking For We’re seeking fractional advisors who bring both deep operational experience and a strategic network within the insurance space. Ideal candidates: Have led operational, compliance, or regulatory functions at a mid-market insurance carrier (P&C, Life, Health, or Specialty). You understand firsthand why ORSA narratives take six weeks and how audit cycles strain teams. Maintain strong, first-degree relationships with insurance executives—COOs, Heads of Compliance, SVPs of Operations, and Chief Risk Officers. Are open to making warm introductions and shaping go-to-market efforts. This is an opportunity to influence early traction, not just provide strategic input. Have a builder’s mindset. You’re energized by helping an early-stage company win its first 10 customers and refine its product-market fit.
