Overview Ultimate Staffing is seeking a Shipping & Fulfillment Associate to join a rapidly growing consumer goods company in Irvine. You'll support daily order processing, shipping, and logistics—plus have opportunities to connect with customers in their onsite showroom. Pay & Schedule $20/hour Mon-Thurs: 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM Friday: 8:00 AM - 2:30 PM Leave at 2:30 PM every Friday and still get paid for a full shift! Responsibilities Pick & pack orders Process returns Cross-train to cover the showroom and assist customers in person Ship Amazon orders Prepare off‑link shipments Work with UPS, FedEx Ground, USPS & FedEx Express Requirements 1-2 years of shipping or returns experience (required) Experience with retail/consumer products (preferred) Familiarity with UPS, FedEx Ground, USPS & FedEx Express software Professional appearance; comfortable interacting with customers All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
