Position: Contract Deliverables Analyst
Location: Columbia, MD (Hybrid | Will transition to mostly remote eventually)
Pay Range: $30-60/hr
Overview:
Insight Global is seeking a Contracts Deliverable Coordinator to support a leading government-focused technology organization in Columbia, MD. This individual will serve as a key liaison between Engineering, Contracts, Supply Chain, Production, Program Management, and Deployment teams to ensure contractual deliverables, documentation packages, and hardware configuration data are accurate, complete, and submitted on time.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys managing multiple priorities, and has a strong attention to detail when coordinating documentation, deliverables, and contract requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the master contractual deliverables tracker
- Track customer deliverables, milestones, due dates, and completion status
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to collect required documentation and approvals
- Schedule and facilitate deliverable review meetings
- Compile, review, and route Form 256 packages and supporting artifacts
- Ensure documentation is complete, accurate, and audit-ready
- Lead service readiness reviews and drive closure of documentation, training, tooling, and operational gaps
- Validate Bills of Material (BOMs) against engineering documentation and ERP systems
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies related to part numbers, quantities, revisions, and configurations
- Track installation work orders, SAT/PAT milestones, and associated contractual documentation
- Support configuration management and contractual compliance efforts
- Analyze data, reporting, and KPI metrics related to contract deliverables
Required Qualifications:
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Project Management, Technical Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of experience supporting contracts, project management, engineering programs, configuration management, technical documentation, or program administration
- Experience coordinating contractual deliverables and technical documentation
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Word, and SharePoint
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience creating audit-ready documentation and implementing process improvements
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Eligible to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance
Preferred Qualifications:
- Government contracting or federal program experience
- Experience working with Smartsheet and SharePoint
- Data analysis and reporting experience
- Familiarity with engineering documentation, hardware configurations, BOM validation, and configuration management processes
- Experience supporting service readiness reviews, knowledge transfer initiatives, or change management activities
