Role Description This full-time, on-site Real Estate Agent role is based in the Greater Tampa Bay Area. The Real Estate Agent will represent buyers and sellers in residential real estate transactions, including property listing, home showings, and negotiation of offers and contracts. Daily responsibilities include prospecting for new clients, maintaining relationships with existing clients, conducting market analyses, and providing guidance throughout the buying or selling process. The role also involves preparing and reviewing real estate documents, coordinating with lenders, inspectors, and other professionals, and ensuring compliance with state and local regulations. Agents are expected to use company-provided tools and marketing platforms to promote listings and build a strong personal brand. Qualifications Active Real Estate License and knowledge of local real estate regulations and practices Experience in Real Estate and Real Property transactions, including listing, marketing, and closing Strong Sales skills with the ability to generate leads, convert prospects, and negotiate effectively Excellent Customer Service skills with a client-focused mindset and strong interpersonal abilities Effective communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal Ability to work independently, manage time well, and handle multiple transactions simultaneously Proficiency with real estate CRM systems, online listing platforms, and basic office software Familiarity with the Greater Tampa Bay Area housing market is preferred not required #J-18808-Ljbffr
