Job Summary:
This position is for a Nurse Educator in Evanston, Illinois. The role involves leading educational initiatives and supporting clinical staff development within the healthcare organization. The Nurse Educator will collaborate with clinical teams to enhance staff knowledge, reinforce compliance with protocols, and promote best practices to ensure optimal patient care outcomes.

Job Details:

• Schedule: 8-hour evening shifts (3:00 PM - 11:30 PM), Monday through Friday, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Illinois licensure, Bachelors Degree, Certification in Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI), Basic Life Support (BLS), and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS). Candidate must submit a passed EKG test with a score of 80% or higher.
• Specialty: Nurse Educator
• Experience Requirements: 3 or more years of clinical nursing experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role; psychiatric experience required.
• Additional Information: The Nurse Educator will be responsible for staff education, orientation, and development activities. The position may involve coordination of staff training and mentorship, ensuring adherence to healthcare standards and protocols. No float, weekend, on-call, or holiday requirements are specified.
