What You'll Do As a Server, you’ll play a key role in delivering the high-quality service our guests have come to expect. Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting guests with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining area.
- Addressing guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Collaborating with team members to create a seamless dining experience.
We’re seeking an individual who is:
- Friendly, approachable, and guest-focused.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Experienced in a similar role (1 year preferred).
We are an 86-room hotel where guests like to dine onsite. Our Bistro servers typically earn tips that match their wages. At The Falls Bistro, we believe in fostering a positive work environment where every team member feels appreciated and empowered to succeed.
