ASST GENERAL MANAGER

Salary: $65,000/Yr-$75,000/Yr

Job Summary

The Assistant General Manager , reporting directly to the General Manager, holds duties related to the day-to-day operations of a Company account. The position entails a need for excellent communication skills; ability to multi-task, strong team leadership, client relations and ensures superior food quality and strong customer service skills.


Key Responsibilities:
• Supports & Oversees all P&L and budgeting as it pertains to the account
• Supports & Manages overall day-to-day operations of the account
• Conducts HR functions, including hiring, progressive counseling, and terminations
• Supports Oversees scheduling, payroll, and team training
• Maintains excellent relationships with customers, guests, and clients as well as other departments
• Works with the Chef and management team in creating menus and providing top-quality food
• Supports & Rolls out new culinary programs in conjunction with the Company marketing and culinary team

Preferred Qualifications:
• BS, Hospitality or Culinary degree preferred
• At least five (3) years of foodservice operation experience in the same or similar level position (General Manager,


Assistant GM, Director etc)
• High volume production and catering experience is essential
• Previous experience managing a budget
• Desire to learn and grow with a top-notch foodservice company
