Position : Call Center Associate

Location: Durham, NC - 4 days onsite, 1 remote

Pay Rate: $15/hr

Available Shifts :

1st shift – 7am to 3:30pm - 3 Openings
2nd shift – 2:30pm to 11pm - 1 Openings
3rd shift – 11pm to 7am - 1 Openings

Must Haves :

Interested in starting a career in IT OR background in a call center environment
Ability to triage calls
Strong customer service skills
Understanding of network fundamentals

Day to Day:

A client of Insight Global is looking for a Call Center Associate to sit onsite in Durham, NC. The Call Center Associate is responsible for professionally handling both inbound and outbound customer calls, ensuring each interaction reflects a high standard of service. This role involves resolving customer inquiries efficiently and escalating technical issues to the appropriate teams when necessary. Accurate documentation of all customer interactions is essential to maintain service quality and continuity. Additionally, the specialist will collaborate closely with IT and telecommunications teams to ensure seamless support and operational stability.
